My first time here, started the 12 weeks yesterday. Scales creaking at 14st.12 and 35" waist. Had an accident a year ago and am now fairly immobile due to a hip that isn't going to mend. Weight has piled on and I am hoping this will start me in the right direction. Minimal exercise will make it tricky but hoping support here will help me through.

Hey welcome top the group, very helpful and supportive people here, some are very inspiring. The 12 week plan is a great place to start. find what works for you as we are all very different. Limited exercise can make things hard but with watching what you eat, you can still manage your weight loss, also google exercises for low mobility they have some wonderful suggestions. All the best
Thank you, don't know why I had never thought of that! Have found some that look like a good place to start.
Im not limited as much but my fibromyalgia used to cause me a lot of pain. There are some that rely solely on when you are sitting or low weight bearing on the legs, i started by walking and increasing time and distance as i got lighter and fitter as my pain became more manageable. Hope you find something that helps you
