It's wonderful stuff I eat it every day. I'm a vegan and its high in calcium I have a simple recipe for a lovely soup using it. Would you like it 
I love it..I use it in a stir fry...and in a sandwich...yum....

"Sp...ch" are good with a cut up boiled egg. Also have Sp...ch" as part of a salad instead of lettuce.
You like it or loathe it. It is indeed good but . . .
Supertasters cant touch it as the taste is beyond vile (bitter).
Make up about 500ml of vegetable stock - I use kallo cubes, aromat powder,bouillion powder, ordinary vegetable gravy granules & mixed dried herbs. Defrost a bowl of frozen peas. Put the peas, veg stock, spinach, kale( or any other greens you want to use up) into a blender & blend until smooth. Heat before serving.
