7lbs in five weeks !!!!
I dont think so, Its about 1-1.5lb per week. If you eat right and exercise i cant see it being a huge problem, but remember your body will do what it wants lol. i used to have time limits to my goals but as i get smaller it is harder to do so, but i always keep a time frame in mind. Gives you something to aim for which will keep you motivated and focused. Go for it
It probably can be done, but this appears to be your final 7 lbs, so its much harder at the end. Any particular reason? Its a harder challenge if we have a picture in our head , like a size 10 wedding dress or similar .
If you are well overweight or obese it should be no problem. If you have just started to lose weight it'll be no problem (but it'll all be water). If you have been losing weight for some time or are approaching a 'normal' BMI it will be a lot harder.
I agree with @rmnsuk. Ive lost 2st altogether and my BMI is now 23 , but it took me six weeks fluctuating to lose the last 2 lbs . (In an ideal world I'd quite like to lose another 3lbs but that could take forever!)
Thanks guys....for all your replies on the 7lbs......question
I aim to try and maybe up my exercise and see what happens...
See I'm 50 in six weeks and want to look and feel my best & would like to lose this 7 lbs to get to goal!! 😜😝
I'm gonna weigh myself every other week & keep to the calories... Fingers crossed.
Wishing you every success! You are very wise to tackle this now...
Unfortunately, I didn't acknowledge my changing metabolism in my 50's , I just carried on eating/drinking as before. Then suddenly I woke up 10 years later 2 stone overweight !!
Still ,better late than never. I tackled it, am now age 62 , same size as 42.
Good for you, you'll be fab and fifty!
