So the wedding day diet begins and I weighed in at a shocking 11stone 9. How this has happened I have no idea but I'm aiming to lose about 14-21lbs - a lb a week is fine by me.
Thinking of calorie control with myfitness pal - any ideas?

Myfitness pal is a great app! Couldnt live without it now, calorie counting combined with regular exercise should have you slimming down for your big day all the best, great supportive forum too
What they said ^^ the NHS 12week plan alongside MFP is brilliant, I'm on week 4 now and have amazed myself by sticking to this, including 3 weekends, Mother's day and my birthday!!! You can do this, good luck on your journey 🌻
