morning to all a day late this week very busy day and up and out with the lark yesterday so brain malfunction forgot to weight but good news much better week 3 pounds this week so motivated now i have had the wok out 3 times this week great way to get plenty of veg in me garlic ginger ans sweet chilli sauce for a nice kick mmmmmmm
