I make a soup at the start of the week for lunches.also have tried Rice cakes they are nicer than Ryvitas.

I love rice cakes but I add different things I love avacardo, but I change it and have cucumber on top or tomatoes or beetroot, if I want something completely I will have a Greek yogurt and some fruits, it's best to change cause you do get board, hope this helps good luck

Soup is a good choice even supermarket soups as these have food labels so you know exactly what your eating, also egg and sliced turkey on whole wheat pitta packed with salad. Chicken salad bowl with some light mayo or boiled egg and tuna salad in a bowl. For my soup I chose the tesco veg and lentil 78 cals per half can. I hope this helps
I'm with the soup as well and will have to admit to cheating, I buy rather than make. My favourite is a "meal soup" from Sainsbury's, the chicken Arrabbiata one, 230kcal or so, plenty of protein and thanks to the bits of pasta in it, very filling
Yep keep hard boiled eggs in fridge, plus almonds just a few is healthy, chicken drumsticks, and put a couple wraps in oven and bake for about eight mins, snap off and eat with low fat hummus. Hope this helps.
It might not be to your taste but I've been buying warburtons thins. They are 100 cal per thin and you can fill them with whatever you like. I vary between ham salad, grilled vegetables and hummus. They are a little on the small side so make sure you pack them with veg/salad to fill you up.
I find evenings tricky so I have to save some calories for an evening snack which might help and like most people have said, I always have homemade soup in the fridge and freezer. I sometimes have celery with phili light down the middle cut into chunks, chicken goujouns (cut small) coated with soya sauce and a bit of honey or I have lots of crudities and make dips of low fat crême fraiche/fromaige frais/yoghurt and add a bit of dijon mustard or horseradish sauce.
Sometimes, I make mini falafel burgers and cook them on a plancha so I can eat something tasty when I'm craving crisps. And quorn sausage, cooked and cut into pieces is usually lurking in my fridge.
I'm laughing at myself...I am certainly a constant craver...
