Well done! I love park runs! Need to get back to doing them but it's so hard to get up early on a Saturday! They are great fun when you get out there though!

Yes, the 5:2 Diet is brilliant! If you need any tips at all just send me a message. It's the only diet that really works - and you can easily keep the weight off when you get to your goal!
