Hi everyone tonight I'm meeting up with the family and we are getting a takeaway, I've been really good this week, just wondering if anyway has any ideas for what I can get, I was thinking a chicken and sweetcorn soup and sharing (well taking some of my husbands food) only a small amount, it will be. Chinese chippy takeaway any ideas will help????

If it helps i always have mushroom chowmein or any vegetable chop suey as they are in the lower calorie range
I ask for half portion at chinese takeaway or get smaller supper at the chippy...if you just snack...you be hungry later..
Go for the veg options and stay away from anything with creamy sauces or thats deep fried and only eat as much as you need dont worry about wastage. Enjoy your meal i still eat takeaway once a week and lose weight.
If its Indian, have chicken tikka if you can, spicy dry cooked chicken, or if you want curry then have vegetable curry. Half portion of plain boiled rice...not pilau ! Avoid naan bread, one pappadum wont hurt. And log it as 1000 cals to ge on the safe side ! Lol
Boiled rice, not fried. Nothing with batter. Veg dish if you can. Ask for no msg.
