Well done on lasting 5 months, some takeaways aren't too bad I still have takeaway once a week, and im still losing weight. I eat at peri peri roosters and its basically the same as nandos. I find if you make all the things you love forbidden your more likely to give in. Enjoy your takeaway and keep up the good work :-)

I have been losing weight since January and have lost a stone and a half. Every weekend I have a drink and am abit more relaxed on food which really helps as I would have caved in otherwise. I see it as a change for life so allowing treats is a must! Enjoy!

Well done. You seem to have a similar approach to me! Ive lost a slow steady 22lbs since april, I have just 5.5lbs to go! The last few pounds is definitely the hardest! Like you I followed a calorie controlled regime most of the time but treats were essential ..a bottle of wine a week and coffee and cake with a friend. I NEVER said "no thanks, Im on a diet " to anyone except my partner, I just accepted small amounts when being entertained and counted them into my calorie count of 1300 a day. The weight dropped slowly, sometimes only half pound a week, or none, which meant that people seeing me often didnt notice my shrinking size. BUT now, people I havent seen for a while are noticing , and this week for the first time in 15years, I had to return a size 14 to the shop and swap it for size 12. That in itself is worth six months of effort. So pleased you have done well too!

700 calories is too low on a regular basis!!! Seriously, it will harm you if thats all you are eating. Unless you mean NET cals after exercise? Eg you eat 1200 butwork off 500? Thats the only way you can do it without harming your health. Dont just take my word for it, ask anyone on here or a doctor. Take care.

I appreciate you have your hands full, but seriously you can do a lot of damage eating just 700 cals longterm, if you have signed on to this site you will see there is a reason that 1200-1400 is recommended! If you still have 3 stones to lose, you will lose easily 2-3lb per week on that amount. With3children you cannot afford to get sick, so please consult a doctor or nurse and EAT more!
