Hi Shatha-love-food,
You could look at the NHS weight loss pages for a structured 12 week plan to help you to lose weight, but it is usually recommended by most healthy weight loss plans that you don't lose more than 2 pounds in any one week. Therefore, your wish to lose 7kg in one week is definitely not advisable.
Have you worked out your Body mass index (BMI) to see how much weight you need to lose to be within the healthy range? The healthy range is BMI 20 to 25, and you can work it out online. Just google BMI.

Thats just over a stone! You would have to lose a limb to lose that much weight that fast. Healthy rate to lose weight is 1-2lbs a week. 7kg is about 15lbs.
This is an impossible goal. If you set yourself an impossible target you'e doomed to failure. Two lbs a week would be cause for celebration for most people.
Wouldn't we all like to lose that in a week! Wake up and be realistic to 1kg a week as hopefully that's what you meant.
Hi shatha-love-food,
Don't even think about it. If you try to lose that amount of body weight that quickly you will almost certainly make yourself feel rather ill, perhaps very ill.
At best that will just be feelings of dizziness and headaches, at worst ... well, it could be a lot worse.
Maximum recommended weight loss per week (averaged out) is 1kg (2.2 lbs).
Just because you have some "need" to lose weight in a hurry doesn't mean that your body stops needing appropriate nutrition.
If this weight loss is in relation to an impending surgical procedure, I suggest you discuss your situation with your surgical team.
