Just finishing week 7 and have lost 12lbs !!!

I have stuck to the plan & done 150 hours of exercise over a 5 day period ( tried to do more) and seeing the results has enspired me on....... 4lbs to go & my next goal is to be 9 stone by Christmas!!!

I relaxed a bit Friday & Saturday and back on it Sunday!! Smaller portion sizes and using my food diary has helped me stay on track and given me motivation,

Also the nhs web site is very useful, thanks to all who has posted on this page ( your stories are enspiring)
