Morning All,

I'm hope one of you marvellous lot will be able to help me....... I looking to incorporate protein powder into different smoothies. Im really confused as there is so many out there!!

Any advice would be fantastic!

Why - best to eat real food rather than protein powder & smoothies?

I have lean whey, it's got under 2g carbs per serving, and pretty much no fat, no sugar and no crap stuff, 20g protien and 5g fibre I believe per scoop, I have mine just before I go gym but I think I'm supposed to have it after... Check out a website called 'tropicana fitness' and select lose weight out of the categories... Just read the reviews on different shakes :)

I'm with windswept- what you need is real food, not paying out money for something your body doesn't need.
