Not something you should concern yourself with :) there is no get rich quick aka fast fat loss program's...eat healthy reduce calories a little under maintenance levels and exercise daily....it's as simple as that. Sounds like the night shift eating habits is good news that you have reduced it and lost some weight.

If you want help with diet or exercise it is best to give us an indication of your current program's/plans. Is this 3lbs in a week?

My daughter works nights and finds her weight loss slow then plateaux then goes slow again, My husband also did 12 hour shifts and was obese. He now has a day job since he was diagnosed type 2 diabetes, a year on he has lost nearly three stone and is at the top of his healthy weight range blood sugars not too bad now. Our theory is that we are meant to sleep at night and not eat,!!

Well done for losing 3ibs but I agree with Jsports eat healthy and let the weight fall gradually, you will feel so much better. If you go on different diets you may lose a bit but you will put it back on and probably more, keep the good work up.
