Ok just joined, does the choices 5 a day meal planner work out your calories - if so how do you do it. ?

I don't know actually the answer to your question, but I have been using 'myfitnesspal' recently, and that does track calories and exercise very easily.

I am sure someone will know the answer to your question about the 5 a day meal planner though.
