Hi. i have pcos and insulin resistance and struggle to loose weight. Ive lost 4 stone with a strict diet but consequently put it all back on. i need to loose it again but last time it went everywhere except my stomache.

This has come up a few times. You need to reduce your carb intake or stick to low GI foods to reduce your insulin levels. This is one of the posts.
