How much can you save?

Hi,

NHS Choices is looking for people to take part in a challenge to see how much they can save on their weekly food shopping bill compared to their average spend while still eating a healthy diet. All you need to do is to keep a record of what you ate and your spending. Your experience will be featured on the NHS Choices website. If you're interested, please send me a direct message. Many thanks!

I've saved a fortune by eating less! I don't know if you'd be interested in my food shopping though as I live on under £20 a week for myself and four cats. I make a casserole or curry every few days and live on that until it's gone. I rarely buy meat nowadays but use pulses/lentils a lot instead and frozen vegetables.
