Been bad today...had stressful week, ive had one of those white chocolate and rasberry cookies from sainsburys and 500mls cider and thoroghly enjoyed them! Oh heck i feel better though but diet well and truely blown for today

Im glad that there is somebody on here who has eaten something they shouldn't and actually enjoyed it instead of stressing about it and feeling guilty,everybodys allowed a little guilty pleasure now and then so good for you,don't make a habit of it though lol xx
I don't think the odd "naughty" thing does too much harm in the long run. I'm far more likely to keep good the rest of the time if I have something I fancy occasionally. There's a fine line between being slightly overweight but happy and being a few pounds lighter and miserable!
Lol that's true and i have lost 1 stone and 2 pounds so i suppose i can have a treat now. But yes back on with the diet tomorrow!
I had two pints and a subway today - and I had training in the morning. So i do feel a little guilty, but one bad day won't make you fat and one good day won't make you skinny - (my new mantra!).
Last weekend I eat chippy chips...and felt bad...and on the monday had put weight on... this week got my head back into gear...
I think the important thing is not to feel like you've blown the whole diet and give up! Ive done that before. Yes one bad day wont make any difference..just need to carry on trying
A cider and a cookie do not make you fat. Cookie and cider everyday make you fat. Today is a new day. It's not yesterday- carry on as normal.
True...at least 2 ciders a day did make me fat! Averaging one a week now and have lost 17kg since October. Leicester beer festival is this week, so may just end up with a couple of weeks worth in the one day! Ho hum
