You're doing really well - but I have to add....don't expect to lose 10lb more in the next 2 weeks. Early losses of big amounts are normal but it will level out and a loss of 1-2lbs per week is healthy and sustainable. I say this, not to burst your balloon but to help you avoid disappointment in the next few weeks. If you have a huge amount to lose then the big losses will go on longer...Keep up the good work x

Hi well done on your weight loss. I am on NHS 1400cals diet and have lost my weight at a similar rate to you...it did slow down after first two weeks but still steadily losing. I am on week 11 and have lost a total of 1stone and 10 pounds...the encouraging thing was when my friends and family starting noticing the loss which was about week 4 onwards...keep doing what you've been doing and I'm sure you will reach your goal :-)
