Well I know im a little late reporting in but on friday i weighed in at.....11st 3lb....soooo that is 2lb in my first week. Not a huge loss but im happy with it. As for exercise, i walked more this week and get this...went for a bike ride with the kids and hubby today and did 7 miles and played two games of rounders in a field half way through!!! Came home and treated myself to a healthy fish and salad.

Hope every one else has had a good week. If not, lets not give up but start fresh tomorrow and remember...nothing feels as good as slimmer feels!
