Hi, my issue was chocolate! I love the stuff. I completed the 12 week plan 2 weeks ago. I set myself a goal of 22lb in the 12 weeks and I managed to do it in 11 weeks, and still eat chocolate everyday! I calorie counted everyday and started off at 1300 calories a day for weeks then dropped it to a max of 1200. My goal each day was to make sure I didn't go over my calories that I had planned at the beginning of each day and if I had stuck to it I allowed myself a curly wurly each night at 115 calories which was included in my calorie count. I guess what I'm trying to say is, it is possible to lose weight and still eat what you want in moderation. Set yourself a goal and you'll be suprised how well you do.

similar to Jo12 I eat my packet of crisps every day and count them in so your not going to give up cause you want crisps or in your case biscuits. I was over 40 bmi when I had my last baby 18 months ago. I started the plan 4 weeks ago and have lost around 18 lbs by walking and sticking to the calories on the site. If you don t like veg make veg soup and blend it up it fills you up for lunch, I swapped bread for crackerbreads 19 kcals per 1. I feel much better for it and increase my walking distance every day. The whole family are benefiting from the healthier meals also. Its quite easy when you start to measure foods in weight and count calories that you see how the weight went on and portion size was def the case in our house. Good luck I m sure you can do it get out walking at every little chance sun or rain with your wee one let her see the world lol h aving the pram or buggy to lean on is a great help to walk faster. GOOD LUCK XXXXX
