Might be PCOS?

Hi! I’ve been having irregular periods for most of this year, so I went to the doctor and had a blood test. My results came back normal except I had a slightly higher than normal level of testosterone - I then had an ultrasound (as the doctor wasn’t sure why my period wasn’t coming back), and they found it was mostly normal apart from these tiny cysts on my ovaries. Even though they found this, the doctor hasn’t officially diagnosed me with PCOS, as I don’t have any of the other symptoms, so I was wondering if anyone had any advice / a similar experience? :)

Very similar, only slightly raised testosterone and small cysts identified but my GP was happy to diagnose based on my data collection of my cycles, I use a tracking app called Clue
