Hello, I have been suffering from PCSO since I was 22 and it was often going and coming back. I have been diagnosed again now but because of the lockdown, I am unable to get any medication at this time or see the doctor face to face.

Do you follow a certain diet or avoid some types of foods? It seems like I gain weight from even breathing...

Hi! In terms of diet, there are a few posts about this on the forum. The main things that people have found to be helpful are cutting right down on carbs and sugar! In many ways, it's similar to a diabetes-friendly diet. You can find a lot more by searching. Good luck. x
