Getting pregnant

Hi I have fibromyalgia and pcos and me and my fiancee been trying to get pregnant for a while and havnt been successful does anyone have any advice???

Have you spoken with your doctor or better an endocrinologist about trying to get pregnant? They should give the best advice regarding drugs you should take or diet as well

I have both fibro and pcso and I am currently 17 weeks pregnant I had to change some of the meds I was on in fact all of them it helped me ALOT
