Advice: Under investigation

Hi, I’m 19 and under investigation for issues. After a few years struggling with symptoms to the final crisis point since Christmas this year. My endo has finally narrowed down along with help from Dermatologist, rheumatologist Ruling auto immune issues out. I have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. We finally have 2 things that causing my issues either PCOS or pituitary issues.

I was wondering what symptoms prowl diagnosed with PCOS have etc. I’m having an ultrasound this weekend but just want to get more knowledgeable if this is the case. I don’t have terribly irregular periods just longer cycles 36/50 days normally 36. But do always get them. A lot of the symptoms cross over to pituitary with it being the master gland don’t get any other problems down there so I’m sure it isn’t but want to learn more.

I had relatively regular periods (2-11 days late) but rarely ovulated (which is pcos) so the periods could be down to pcos as we vary hugely as some have none, some have constant and some have irregular ones

I do ovulate tho so that’s why I’m sure it isn’t.Thanks for your reply.

How have you tested if you are ovulating each time?
