Ha, that makes more sense. I’ve not tried these, unfortunately I don’t like flavoured teas. Hopefully someone else has and can answer your question.

I heard it could help but I don't remember what exactly for. Probably it helps decrease the signs of symptoms. I would try it but I don't like spearmint!

Spearmint tea. I'm doing so much and made so many changes but I LOVE drinking my spearmint tea. It seriously calms me down and it's the best addition to my new lifestyle! Try it! I drink 3 mint tea and add additional spearmint to it 😊 steep 10 to 15 minutes I keep tea bag in while I drink it
