Has anyone ever been diagnosed with this? Basically I don’t ovulate and my ovaries are polycystic. I had 1 successful and 2 failed ivf cycles. My doctor now wants to refer me to a dietitian to gain weight in hope of helping my hormone imbalance. Has anyone had luck with gaining weight and then having fertility success?

There are quite a lot of lean pcos ladies - you may want to join the PCOS UK facebook group if you use FB - it is a closed group as there are more ladies on their than here.
