Guys this is supposed to be a good thing. Did anyone conceive naturally with a dominant follicle or did you still need IVF?

You may have one but it may not take the leap to ovulate. My fertility nurse said that we have lots of follicles and they all wait for one of the others to take the leap for ovulation but none take the leap which is why often we do not ovulate! Hopefully it will jump but sadly they seem to be a lazy lot and wait for one of the others to do it!!
I conceived via IUI 2nd attempt - the only difference between the two attempts was reflexology weekly and my period arrived on the day and almost to the hour which hadn't happened before (usually anything from 2-11 days late). So I would definitely give reflexology a whirl (or acupuncture as have heard good things about that too (but not keen on needles)
