My fertility specalist has put me on Letrozle to make me ovulate because Clomid didn't work. I took Letrozle 5mg on day 2-6 of my cycle after taking Norethisterone initially to make my have a bleed because of my PCOS.
However from Monday 19th it was supposed to be my fertile window. I started spotting yesterday and the bleeding has got heavier today.
Any ideas to why?
Does this mean the Letrzole hasn't worked to make me ovulate?
Thanks in advance

Not necessarily, it could be your body getting used to it. I dont know much about this drug but know with clomid it can be a bit of trial and error to get the dosage correct for pcos ladies.
Thank you for replying. I followed my consultants instructions. If I need to take it again next month I will double check if he has informed me incorrectly by accident. Glad to know that it is common to bleed and it doesn't necessarily mean that it hasn't worked. Just wait and see now! Thanks again! x
