Holistic approach is my core treating everything in my life everyday!β€οΈ I am cutting out all toxicity from food to lifestyles as we are whole with body and mind walking on this Earth! ππ
I started eliminating animal meat and animal products since January 1st of 2021 and I have been benefiting from that as I find true meaning in my well-being. I eat/drink with love and awareness to our animals, environment, reduce my carbon footprint on this planet and appreciate Mother Nature gifts to all of us so Iβd like to share my first meal in Vegan room today: Peach Medley Salad ππ₯ π
Simple and nutritious salad with white and yellow peach slices, red onions, avocado chunks with Organic Spring mixed salad. Sprinkled with almond slices and salad dressing: tahini, lemon juice, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, black and white sesame seeds, Zaatar seasoning, and a bit of celery salt.
I am aware of how toxic dairy products are and I choose a little bit of vegan cheese once in awhile in certain dish with this vegan feta cheese with 30% VitB12 and no more than 20% saturated fat. I enjoyed this combination very much! ππ
