Gluten free Quinoa and buckwheat flake cinnamon and apple flap jacks.

Hi everyone,

I stocked up with quinoa flakes yesterday and this morning I made these flapjacks so here's the recipe, the ingredients: 115g quinoa flakes 110g buckwheat flakes 110g Pure plant based butter 55g Demerara sugar 3 desert spoons of golden syrup 1 large grated Bradley apple 1/2 tea spoon cinnamon 1/4 tea spoon ginger 50ml plant based single milk.

Melt the pure gently add the sugar and syrup and stir while they dissolve then add the flakes stirring then in. throughly then add the grated apple and the cream mix thoroughly then spread in a baking tray and bake for approx 25 mins @180C allow to cool and cut.

I have to confess that I did sample one with raspberries Alpro single cream and a little grated plant based caramel sea salt chocolate that I thought I ought to try.😁
