Since Iβm gluten-free vegan diet and I love Nutella very much so I made my own homemade version.π±π°πβ€οΈ
Vegan Nutella: I roasted organic almond and used my Blendtec twister to make almond butter. Transferred the almond butter to my food processor and added vegan nutrients dense cacao powder with a little bit of my homemade cashew milk. The result is beautiful and delicious, Iβm very happy about it. ππ
Vegan Cupcakes: I saved my Nutella in my glass jar and the rest of it I used to make cupcakes (just need to add gluten-free flour, baking powder and a little bit more cashew milk and maple syrup). Added almond slices on top as the last step. I baked 12 cupcakes at 350F for 30 mins. I shared half with my parents and they love them. π§ππ
