Problem with a lot of vegan products is that they contain wheat and soya.

Hey Catatvet05 Being a coeliac I can eat the sourdough bread and these foods don’t appeal to me but show how things are progressing.

Fortunately lots of vegan foods are also gluten free.

I just like raising awareness of what’s out there and the issues faced by those with special dietary wants or needs.

Its improving so much, which is great, I wish if possible they could remove the wheat/Gluten. Aldi do a wonderful Vegan Sausage - the taste is great, little rubbery on texture but that doesn't bother me 🙃 I am so happy things are moving at such a good pace
