Doesn't it happen to you sometimes that, after lunch or dinner, you crave something sweet? Well, it happens to me very occasionally, but when it does, I always try to eat something nutritious, easy to prepare but, above all, that it's delicious - and if it's chocolatey, much better! π
Today I made this mug cake in a matter of 5 minutes - I only needed 20 grams of oatmeal (I always use Myvegan chocolate oat flour), 10 grams of pure cocoa powder, 1 gram of baking powder, 1 small mashed banana, and a splash of soy milk - I mixed everything and microwaved at full power for 1:30 minutes ... I enjoyed it while it was still warm with a few extra slices of banana on top and ... What can I say, I loved it! The choco-banana combination is always a hit π I recommend it 100%, you will not be disappointed, especially if you like chocolate as much as I do π«π
