Tonight we had Burritos. I stir fried a load of vegetables and added Berbere spices and passatta. I then mixed in cooked rice and had it with salad in tortillas. We loved it and the fact that I managed to get some 30cm tortillas meant that the wrapping part worked really well. πŸ˜ƒπŸŒ±

They sound lovely Ali and I have a recipe which calls for Berbere spice which I've yet to make. I think it's one that's not low fodmap so I need to look at it closer to make it so that I can eat it.
