That’s good to hear. I made the curry part yesterday during the day then put it in a casserole dish and did the rice part In the evening and it was delicious 😋

Yes I really liked it and it just cooks itself. I had it with lime pickle, mango chutney, coriander and sliced red onion on top 🙂
