I made the lemon cookies and they were delicious. Well worth a go and for only three ingredients!
It says not to let them go brown so I got them out as they were turning brown and I think I probably should have left them for a couple more minutes. You need to leave them to cool with makes them harder, before you eat them.mine were soft but not crumbly and I really enjoyed them.

Thank you. Yes, you could have them too 👍😁 I would recommend them. They are good if you like lemon flavour. I’m going to try cacao or maybe peanut butter ones next time.

They are very nice. I grated 1 lemon and the rind. The mixture seemed a bit wet and I put it in the freezer for ten minutes and it was still a bit wet but worked fine. I thought there might be too much maple syrup but actually 1/4 cup isn’t that much. (My clean cakes book still hasn’t come!! Hasn’t even been dispatched 🙄).

That’s what I thought. Makes me think they haven’t actually got it and now can’t find one as it was only £5. You’ll have to make some of the cakes and post them lol 😂
Mine was £5.99 but I bought it in a discount book shop near to where I'm staying in Derbyshire.
I'll have to buy some cake boxes suitable for posting lol😂
