I tried out another new Vegan low fodmap recipe today. It had spring onion tops (only the green part) carrots, tinned lentils, sweet potatoes, tinned tomatoes, low fodmap stock (homemade), basil, smoked paprika, salt and pepper in the filling. In the recipe it says add Vegan butter to the mashed potatoes for the top but I just added Oat milk, salt and pepper. I use Pink Himalayan salt.
I wasnt sure what it would taste like but I thoroughly enjoyed it.😋
