I made it with cashews. Soak cashews in hot water for a hour.

Get plant milk with lemon to make it sour then blend all together with maple syrup and vanilla if u want.

Ahhh thank you so much. We are down to 2 slices. I made coconut and banana macaroons the cake was more for my boy he loves mint chocolate. He loves it and it’s healthy. The base is prunes, chia seeds, oats, pecan nuts and coconut oil. He’s 90 percent vegan has the odd cheese pizza he’s 8. X
