Plant based burgers

Hi all

I found this article on One Green Planet very interesting. I occasionally buy Iceland's No Bull Burgers but not that often, I would say I now have a store's own Vegan burger about once every 6 weeks. One pot meals and curries are my favourite foods. I am goingvto branch out and start making more burgers.

I think the processed plant burgers are fine if you have them occasionally but it’s good to make your own. Phil tried the beyond meat burger in Spain last week as there wasn’t much to choose from and he said it’s okay, just like a soya burger. I can’t seem to make a burger at hope that I love. I use gram flour to hold it together but I’m not keen on gram flour. So have to flavour it well. Post your burgers if you make any, that would be great 😁🌱

I totally agree and I'm not bothered with eating the Bull Bugers from Iceland occasionally, they taste goid.

Of course I'll post recipes for any I make.😀
