I bought a Vegan magazine yesterday whilst travelling, I wouldn't normally spend £4.99 on a magazine but I have to say it's the best £4.99 I've spent in ages.
Interestingly it has an article on Coconut Oil, very interesting and not as healthy as I thought.
The magazine is the September 2019 issue. There are lots of articles and fabulous recioes, can't wait to try the recipes.😀
Ooh post any recipes you make Alicia. I could do with some inspiration. I know what you mean £4.99 seems a lot.
I’ve seen posts on here where some say coconut oil it’s fine and others not so that’s interesting. 🙂🌱

I have to say I've got a lot out of the £4.99, I've read it cover to cover. I'll see if I can somehow find a link to the coconut oil article, it's very interesting.😀

I'm so glad I bought it. I tend to skip over some pages in magazines but not that one.
