Hi,

It so happens that today is national cheesecake day. So here is a link for anyone who likes cheesecake. I have made a cheesecake in the past which is quite similar to the recipe in the link below and it was delicious. You have to make sure the cashews are well soaked so you get a creamy consistency 😋
