I hope you’re enjoying the sun. Its lovely to have warmer weather but maybe this is just a tad too warm. It certainly was for me over the last two mornings working in it but I think it’s all change for the weekend so trying to make the most of it.
Phil is making pizza for dinner tonight and I made a salad which had lettuce, home grown beans, chickpeas, cucumber, Mange tout, baby corn, tomatoes, celery and onion.
Also for the first time I made the pasta salad which I posted a few weeks ago which looks delicious.
Wow Ali, that all looks simply amazing and delicious. Look at all the choice us Vegans can have. Icecream in this weather is a must, If I had been feeling a better better, I would have stopped off and purchase those wonderful Vegan Magnums
I agree it is too hot, poor you working in it, I think its supposed to be cooler tomorrow (thank goodness)

It really looks so great Ali, If you open your own restaurant please let me know - I will pop in for lunch on a daily basis. It probably won't suprise you to know that I have indeed tried the cornettos and thought they were really very good, but since I tried the magnums nothing else has got a look in, not even swedish glace : >

A deal ha ha😉. Yes I've got some experimenting to do with pasta as I bought a pasta made with red lentils yesterday in Sainsburys, it looks lovely and the colour us very vibrant.😁
