Good morning,
Today I made these Rhubarb crumble cakes with some rhubarb someone gave me yesterday.
They are a basic sponge mix (I used orgran egg replacer) added vanilla and some stewed rhubarb.
I added a little crumble mixture on top. I think they have come out okay.

Yummy, they look scrummy. What I'm making this week for a cake sale I'm running for JIA (my granddaughter has it) won't be so healthy as it's a Vegan chocolate cake 😋

A lot of baking done today but still yet to make the Vegan Chocolate cake, I'll be making that one on Thursday. I haven't got time now to make the brownies so will make them for myself and if okay I will make them for the next cake sale on 6 July.

I think they look lovely Ali. I love that organ egg replacer but even so my muffins tend not to look like yours when they come out of the oven - your a natural 😁
