They do. The problem with bars is that they can easily fall apart but these look like they will stay together.

Oh yes, a bit like when trying to make vegan burgers - mine always crumble and fall apart

That's it. I asked at the vegan cafe about how to get burgers to stay together and they said add gram flour and water so that's what I do now and add lots of flavour.

Gram flour and water sets like cement 😂 literally!
