Hi, has anyone tried these NINE bars? You can get cocoa and raspberry, original seed, pumpkin and sunflower etc.
The ones I am thinking of buying are the peanut seed ones 20 bars for Β£10. I donβt usually buy things like this but need something convenient. I thought they might be ideal when out working or walking but not if they are not nice or if someone can suggest a better option. Iβm not too fond of fruity bars though.
This is the ingredients in the peanut seed ones which I think probably arenβt that unhealthy. Any feedback would be appreciated π
Sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and dehulled hemp seeds (45%)roasted peanuts (35%), rice syrup, sugar, vegetable oils and salt.
Thanks

I've not tried those Ali but Aldis sell their own raw fruit bars which I love. One of them is Paleo Macadamia and Coconut and there are others, I love them all.
Oh ok. Thanks. Macadamia and coconut sounds good. I tried the peanut trek bars, they are nice but they are packed with dates and they hurt your teeth lol or maybe I just need to go to the dentist!
I've not tred the Trek bars. Dentist appointment next lol.
They also do Hazelnut & Cacao, Almond & Cashew and Cashew Crush, what makes you think I have all if those in my cupboard lol. I absolutely love them and even more when they come out of the fridge. π
I love them and they are so handy when out and about, I think they are much better than Nak'd bars. Oops, maybe I do have the stock stashed away lol π€£π€£
Rice syrup, sugar and veg oil π€... not so great. How about you making seed/nut bars and freezing some for later use? Or just take a banana out with you ?
Yes, thatβs another option. I know I did wonder about the sugar and oil. Iβm not that good with fruit and bananas are okay if I eat them the day I buy them, I was just looking at another option rather than making the bars as we make everything and sometimes itβs nice to have some convenience but like you said, if I could freeze them that would be an option ππ
Thank you. I have now tried the NINE peanut and seed bars and I love them. Although I have to say Iβve nothing to compare them to as Iβve not had these things before. Iβm going to try the ones that have been recommend to me on here and get a little selection together. Eating these will stop me having so much bread. Thatβs the plan anyway. I will try the ones youβve suggested, thank you ππ±π
