I made a pasta bake this evening. I made a white sauce with nutritional yeast, turmeric and miso and only put it on the macaroni and then tipped it on to the serving plate. I then put all the other cooked vegetables on top (wild garlic, mushroom, spinach and roasted pumpkin) covered with some breadcrumbs, more nutritional yeast, dried sage and then popped it in the oven.
