I don’t usually have cereal but with this sunny weather I wanted a change and I’m trying not to have too much bread at the moment.

I was inspired when I went to the health food shop and saw puffed quinoa.

So in my jar I have puffed quinoa, a little Muesli, wheat squares, sunflower seeds, almonds and hazelnuts. It’s delicious.

If you buy muesli from the supermarket it often has skimmed dried milk in, so this is something to watch out for.

We have porridge made with soya milk and add ground almonds, ground linseeds, cinnamon, 100% cocoa powder and frozen berries. Delicious and totally healthy!

Yummy, I love my breakfast of porridge which I add pumpkin and sunflower seeds, flaked almonds and pecans and have a chopped banana om top, normally made with either soya or almond milk. I would definitely like this muesli πŸ˜€
