Oil free frying pan tip for pancake Tuesday

When I stopped cooking with refined oils I bought a high quality (well at least expensive) non stick frying pan. And it worked in that I was able to turn out pancakes beautifully. However over time the non stick began to stick and frustration set in.

Until today, when I found a tip on the web suggesting clean it with half baking powder and half water. The result so far seems completely success, and considering tomorrow is pancake day that's just in time!

That’s handy to know especially as I’ve just today got a 500g tub of baking powder to use as a cleaner! 👍
