I made these this morning and they are delicious and easy. I think they are what you call rock cakes. They taste like scones without the hassle of rolling them out. 👍
I made it up as I went along. So what I did was added pure butter to flour and rubbed it in until it resembled breadcrumbs. I added an orgran egg substitute a little sugar and some dried fruit. I poured in some vegan milk to bring it all together and spooned it in mounds on to a baking tray.
They are so tasty. I had butter on one while it was still hot.
