Quinoa is the one thing that I’m not too keen on. Although, while in Italy recently it was the only option in one restaurant I went to. So any port in a storm. They did quinoa in a stock with very finely chopped roasted vegetables and it was delicious so I’m going to try and find some good flavoursome quinoa recipes to cook at home so if anyone has any tips I would be grateful.
Here is a video recipe of one I thought might be tasty although not sure about the cranberries?

Hi Ali, I eat quinoa and have been cooking it with red lentils and think that they're a fantastic combination as the lentils tone down the flavour of the quinoa and they are both fantastic nutritionally.
I use approx 50-50 and just wash them 🚰 and boil them together. 🥘
Quinoa tends to be pre washed to wash the saponins out which turns the water a milky colour for a couple of minutes, I just always wash all grains before cooking. And yes I use the little red lentils.
I eat this instead of rice pasta or potatoes as I love the taste of quinoa with lentils. I love how quinoa has a little tail which comes out when its cooked but little things...
Hi Ali, I use Quinoa all the time and love it, I'm not a rice person particularly after having food poisoning for 6 weeks from it. I mix my Quinoa into curries and the spices take on the flavour, I love it.
That sounds like it’s up my street. I’ll give that a go as we have lots of curries and I think I would enjoy that. I love rice but no not after your experience, I don’t blame you!
I'm pretty sure you would really enjoy it as it really takes on the flavour of the curry and gives it a lovely texture, I love it. No, I'm not really into rice anymore.
